Healthwatch England report on key themes in the feedback they received in Q2 2018/19.  During that time, they heard from 17,172 people.

The report covers:

  • Primary care: referrals, staff attitude, dispensing, registering with a GP and booking a GP appointment
  • Secondary care: lack of timely diagnoses, access to interpreters and mental health crisis support, waiting times in A&E
  • Mental health: access to crisis services and long waits for help
  • Hard to be heard groups: LGBTQ+ people's and prisoners' experience of healthcare
