Summary of report content

Healthwatch Sefton published a report on patient experiences of Hightown Village Surgery. In January 2025, 46 people filled in their feedback forms during four separate drop-in sessions, via social media, telephone, email and QR code.

As part of the feedback forms, they asked:

What works well at the surgery?

What requires improvement?

What is the impact on you / your family?

What are your recommendations to improve the services?

Their visits were carried out by Healthwatch Sefton staff members. During each Visit, they spoke to people individually about why we were attending and offered support to complete the feedback forms. The report includes recommendations for improvement.
