Summary of report content

Healthwatch Harrow report on key themes in the feedback they received from July 2022 to June 2023 about GP services.  During this period, they heard from 990 people about GP services.

The overall satisfaction was up by 4 percent compared to six months ago and up by 5 percent compared to the previous year.

Satisfaction of service access has gone down by 2 percent compared to six months ago and down by 4 percent compared to a year ago.

People rated their treatment and care more positively. It has gone up by 7 percent compared to six months ago and up by 12 percent compared to a year ago.

There was no change for administration compared to six months ago, but satisfaction has gone down by 2 percent compared to a year ago.

People were most satisfied with the quality of care they received. The most common issues were problems with medication and booking appointments.
