Healthwatch Rochdale undertook an enter and view visit to The Lyndhurst Residential Home on 16 October 2024.  They spoke to 5 staff, 6 residents and 4 family members.

Positive highlights of the visit:

Good staff team who seemed caring and compassionate (‘like a family’) 

The staff team were welcoming, friendly and accommodating 

Residents all praised the care staff 

High praise for new management by the staff
