Summary of report content

In July 2024, Healthwatch Redbridge conducted an Enter and View visit of Beech Frailty Unit, King George Hospital. 

In May 2025, Healthwatch conducted a follow-up visit on 23 May 2025 specifically to review whether the Trust had applied the actions recommended in the previous report and what impact this has had on the service provided to patients. They spoke to 7 staff.

Through conducting these interviews and observing the ward, HWR were pleased to see overall positive changes following the recommendations and BHRUT's Action Plan.
