Summary of report content

Healthwatch Oldham wanted to understand people’s experiences of using their pharmacy and ordering repeat prescriptions.  They heard from 56 people.

Most people liked their local pharmacy.  They appreciated having one near to where they lived.  Most had a confidential area and they could easily order repeat prescriptions.  However there was scope for improvement, including their medication not always being ready to collect on time.
