Healthwatch Oxfordshire produced this report in response to ongoing feedback from members of the public about Cora Health. Cora Health (formerly Connect Health) provides a variety of services for the treatment of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and symptoms.
This report summarises what Healthwatch Oxfordshire heard about Cora Health between January 2025 and January 2026 from 90 people via its Feedback Centre, information and advice service, and through face-to-face outreach around the county.
While Healthwatch Oxfordshire heard some positive feedback about timely and effective care, most people reported challenges experienced in getting support from Cora Health. Issues included poor communication, unclear information, trouble making convenient appointments, long waits, cancelled appointments and problems with referrals.
Healthwatch Oxfordshire made a series of recommendations for improvements based on what it heard. Suggestions include clearer communication and improved appointment access closer to home, alongside reducing cancellations and notifying patients earlier when they occur.
It sent its report and recommendations to Cora Health and to Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB), as commissioner of the service. It has published their responses on its website.
