Healthwatch Coventry undertook outreach at the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire Outpatients Department to hear a wide range of experiences. They spoke to 353 people.

People were mainly positive about their experience of health services in Outpatients

There was a feeling that once you got to the services, they were good and helped. Waiting times, delays and cancelled appointments added to the pressure that people felt and the concern over their wellbeing.

Some people have shared that they feel worried about making a complaint, as they are concerned it may affect the care and support they receive.
