Healthwatch Lancashire report on the key themes in their feedback received in September 2023.  During this period, they heard from 395 people.

They heard most about hospitals, particularly about the lack of communication between patients and hospital, and a lack of reasonable adjustments in place.

They heard about people struggling to book GP appointments and to register with an NHS dentist.

They also heard about prison healthcare.
