Healthwatch Lancashire reports on key themes in the feedback it collected in November 2023.  During this period they heard from 419 people.

They heard about:

GPs – people felt that everything is going online and are still struggling to book appointments

Hospitals - people facing long waiting times when attending A&E or appointments, some stated their appointments had been cancelled

Dentists - people not being able to register with an NHS dentist, with one person being on a waiting list for 5 years
