Healthwatch Lancashire reports on key themes in the feedback it collected in July 2023.  During this period it heard from 384 people.

They heard about:

GPs - problems booking face to face appointments, but once people get an appointment, they get good care.

Dentists - people not being able to register with an NHS dentist, even for their children

Hospitals - people not hearing from their consultant, but generally receiving a good quality service

Ambulances - positive feedback about paramedics
