Summary of report content

This report brings together experiences, views and concerns shared by Kingston upon Thames residents about their access to NHS and social care, the quality of their care and any aftercare provided between 1 January 2020 and 31 March 2021.

It utilises a range of research methodologies and sources collected between 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2021 and collates analysis of 501 experiences, views and concerns received from 238 people.

In this report, HW Kingston upon Thames discuss the impact of the pandemic on mental health, dentistry, GP surgeries, the co-ordination of care, social care, and pharmacies.
