Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk undertook a visit to the Wymondham Medical Centre on 2 October 2021 to collect feedback about the Covid-19 booster vaccination clinic.  They collected 84 reviews.

Overall, the experiences at the COVID-19 booster clinic were very positive. Patients reported that the experience was quick, smooth, and efficient. They also told us that staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest concern about the practice raised by patients was about difficulties making appointments, however they reported that the service was good once they were able to be seen.
