In May 2023 Healthwatch Norfolk visited Woodcock Road Surgery to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit they received 20 reviews for the surgery with and average rating of 4.5 out of five,

Overall, patients were happy with their experiences at the surgery. Staff were praised by patients, the largest concern was difficulties getting through on the phone with some patients having to call many times before they could speak with someone.
