Summary of report content

Healthwatch Northumberland report on key issues in the feedback they received in April 2025.  During that period they heard from 80 people.

Difficulty getting an appointment was the top issue for both GP services and dentists this month. However, they received a lot of positive feedback about the quality of care patients received from GP Services, dentists and hospitals outpatients departments.
