Summary of report content

Healthwatch Northumberland report on the key issues that they heard about in May and June 2026.  During this period, they heard from 92 people.

They  heard most about GP appointment booking and online access difficulties this month. About a quarter of the detailed feedback received was in praise of the quality of GP care.

About half of the feedback Healthwatch received  about audiology was positive about the care patients received, but there were concerns expressed about long waiting times for appointments.
