Summary of report content

Healthwatch Northumberland report on the key issues in the feedback they received in August 2025.  During that period, they heard from 146 people.

They heard about poor quality of  GP care and lack of up-to-date menopause treatment knowledge. Just under half of the feedback about GP services was positive

They heard about poor communication and how some people found it difficult to read letters from hospitals.
