Healthwatch Rotherham report on key themes in their data received in March 2025.  During this period, they heard from 101 people.

Key findings

People praised hospital staff who made them feel looked after. 

People complained about long waiting times at A&E and urgent care departments and poor communication between departments.

People praised GPs for providing excellent care.  They provided negative feedback about GPs prescribing medication and getting appointments.
