Summary of report content

This report contains details of what Healthwatch Devon, Plymouth and Torbay have heard about health and social care between April and June 2022.

During this time, the Healthwatch heard from 318 people. 60% of the comments were about primary care, including feedback about GP services, NHS dentistry, pharmacy and opticians. Of this, 58% were comments about access to services and administration of GP services. ‘Treatment and care’ and ‘access to services’ were the most common themes commented on in all three of the areas covered by the Healthwatch. 60% of the feedback about primary services was negative.
