Making the NHS easier to navigate by improving admin, the NHS patient app and ensuring that people who are digitally excluded can continue to access the NHS

Tackling health inequalities by collecting and understanding data, making the NHS accessible for people with additional communication needs and taking action on cost of living pressures

Building a patient-centred culture in the NHS by introduing a new patient promise, a simpler and more effective NHS complaints system and ensuring a stronger patient voice at every level of the health service.
