Summary of report content

Healthwatch Warrington had 246 responses to a survey about experiences of COVID-19 and wellbeing.

230 respondents found it easy to access clear and understandable information about how to keep safe during the pandemic.

56% of respondents said their mental health had been affected during the pandemic.

Some people found it difficult to access healthcare, but many people said that contacting primary care, such as their GP surgery, was actually easier because of telephone and online appointments.

A number of recommendations were made in this report.
