Summary of report content

A survey produced by Healthwatch Wandsworth exploring local Urgent Care Services.

The questions address the experiences of service users when accessing services in an ‘urgent situation’, i.e. a situation where someone needs health or social care advice, care or treatment on the same day. This is different to an emergency situation where the situation is serious or life threatening. Examples of urgent situations are suspected broken bones, sprains and running out of essential medicines.
