Summary of report content

Healthwatch Walsall undertook a survey about the NHS App to which 204 people responded.

The NHS App is widely valued by users, with repeat prescription services proving particularly popular.

Digital barriers remain significant, with 42% of respondents not using the NHS App due to accessibility, confidence and technology challenges.

Greater awareness, support and inclusive access are needed to increase uptake while maintaining non-digital NHS services for those who prefer them.
