Summary of report content

Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent carried out a virtual Enter and View visit to Dresden House to capture the experiences of staff and service users. They spoke to 5 members of staff and 4 service users.

All feedback from service users was positive, who rated the general care as either good or excellent. Other positive feedback touched upon the safe and comfortable environment, the food, activities on offer, and physical and emotional support.

Staff felt well supported and were happy with training and adaptive practice to maintain COVID-19 safety.
