Summary of report content

Healthwatch Wirral undertook a virtual visit of Autism Together, which supports over 400 adults with autism and families with children on the autism spectrum.  They wanted to find out how service changes during the Covid-19 pandemic had impacted on staff and those receiving care.  They undertook the virtual visit by asking staff and families to complete surveys.

They found that the organisation had adapted very well to delivering services during the pandemic.  They have shared good practice with other organisations and provided a high level of support to those who were using their services.

The report includes a response from the provider.
