In July 2023 Healthwatch Norfolk visited Swan Lane Surgery to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit they received 15 reviews for the surgery. They have also received two reviews through their website this month for the surgery. These 17 reviews have an average star rating of 4.6 out of five.

Overall, patients were happy with their experience at the surgery, staff were praised by nearly all people and others mentioned how they felt the service had improved recently. Concerns mentioned included staff shortages, difficulties getting through on the telephone, and making appointments.
