The following report provides a breakdown of the top service themes which received patient, user and carer experiences during October 2015. A total of 865 health and care experiences were shared. 312 were formally reported to us and a further 553 via their feedback centre. The period relates to 1 st – 31st October 2015. The key themes within each CCG area is hospital and GP services.
