Summary of report content

The following report provides a breakdown of the top service themes which received patient, user and carer experiences during August 2015. A total of 216 health and care experiences were shared. 88 were formally reported to Healthwatch and a further 128 via there feedback centre. The period relates to 1 st – 31st August 2015. The key themes within each area is Hospitals, Care Homes and GP services.
