Summary of report content

Healthwatch Luton undertook engagement on learning disabilities after seeing feedback about children with a learning disability.

Half of people were living in supported housing and one in five was living with parents.

One in five was in paid employment and half were volunteering.

Seven in ten were able to access sport and leisure facilities, but some noted that the cost was a barrier to them participating.

Only half were able to use or access public transport.

Only 20% had a health action plan.
