In May 2023 Healthwatch Norfolk visited Shipdham Surgery to speak with patients about their experience with local health and social care services. From this visit they received 15 reviews for the surgery. The reviews have an average star rating of 4.1 out of five.

Overall, patients were mostly happy with the care and support they received from the surgery, staff were praised for being nice and helpful. They had some concerns about waiting, including on the phone, waiting for results, and some mentioned the wait to get in to see someone.
