Healthwatch Norfolk visited Roundwell Medical Centre in September 2023 to speak with patients about their experience with health and social care services. From this visit they received 14 reviews for the surgery. In addition to this they received one review through their website in September. The reviews have an average star rating of 3.8 out of five.
Patients said that the quality of service they received when they were seen by the surgery was good, and that the people at the surgery were nice and helpful. On the other hand, patients were concerned about difficulties trying to book appointments over the telephone with some choosing to visit the surgery in person and queue outside before opening times to ensure they could book an appointment.
