Summary of report content

The local Hospital Trust and the Swindon office of the British Pregnancy Advice Service wanted to gather the views of young people about their services.  They turned to Healthwatch Swindon, who trained up students on how to do enter and view.  The students felt that both services were meeting the majority of the 8 criteria for a welcoming service, including involving young people in the design of the service, explaining confidentiality and consent, making young people feel welcome and  supporting young people's changing needs.
