Summary of report content

Healthwatch Herefordshire created an online survey that they publicised, and they visited groups of people with disabilities in Herefordshire. 35 responses were received. They also spoke to 27 services.

The report looks at disabled people’s experiences of accessing local services and what changes they expected.  The report sets out recommendations to particular local services to make their premises more accessible to disabled people.
