Summary of report content

Healthwatch Northumberland report on the main themes in their feedback during the period January to March 2021.  During this period they heard from 106 people.

The report looks at the main themes in the data, which parts of the county they are getting feedback from, the age and gender of respondents, who the person giving the feedback was and the sentiment of the feedback.

Nearly a third of the feedback was about social care and 3 in ten was about secondary care. Over two thirds of the feedback related to Covid-19, particularly about the vaccination programme.

The main themes in the feedback was access to services and quality of services.

The report also provides the findings of online forums on care home visiting and young people and mental wellbeing.
