Healthwatch Wiltshire reports on the highlights and feedback received during October to December 2020.

During this period they:

  • Won a national award for the impact they make with partners
  • Developed a guide to mental health resources
  • Began consulting on priorities for 2021/22
  • Published their community cash fund report
  • Launched a survey gathering views on services
  • Recruited new board members

During this period,

  • 367 people shared their experience of services with them,
  • They attended 79 meetings
  • 90 people were given information and signposting
  • 28 volunteers were involved and gave 259 hours
  • They did 270 social media posts and reached over 57,000 people
