Summary of report content

Healthwatch Surrey report on the impact they've achieved in Q3 2025/26. During this period, they heard from 497 people and supported 113 people via their helpdesk.  They shared the experiences of people contacting their helpdesk about lack of reasonable adjustments with local service providers and commissioners.

The report details the work they are currently undertaking on access to eye tests for local Asian people and children, the impact of their previous work on domestic violence and improvements to non-emergency patient transport.
