Summary of report content

Healthwatch Surrey report on their impact in Q4 2023/24. During this period:

  • 130 people were supported through their helpdesk 
  • 116 people were supported by Advocacy 
  • 419 hours were provided by their volunteers

They also report on:

  • Empowering communities to access services online
  • Co-producing advice leaflets to improve people’s knowledge of primary care services
  • Sharing Surrey’s residents’ experiences of dementia services on a national stage
  • Working in partnership to make services more inclusive through the Accessible Information Standard
