Summary of report content

Healthwatch Harrow examined people’s experiences of services in Harrow between October and December 2018. They identified 1303 issues in all; the top three issues were staff attitude, quality of service and support. The most commonly used services were related to people’s general and mental health. The overall sentiments were mixed but people were mostly negative about the information and support they received from the services. However, perception around general quality of the services and empathy in care were mostly positive.
