Healthwatch Kent collected people's experiences of people living and working in Kent during the Covid-19 pandemic during 1st-14th January 2021.

The report found that people struggled to get their GP to action agreed treatment plans, to amend medication, or to provide consultants with key blood test results. Routine hospital outpatient appointments are continuing to be cancelled. People talked about issues physically getting to vaccine centres and concerns that they didn’t understand what the appointment was for. People continue to have difficulty getting dental treatment.

This report is shared with decision makers to provide a timely snapshot of how people are coping.
