Summary of report content

This is a report by Healthwatch Worcestershire. This report is based on a regular annual survey on public health.

During the summer each year Healthwatch Worcestershire go out and about around the county visiting local events talking to people about their experiences of health & social care services. Every year a survey is developed around a universal service (such as access to GPs, dentistry, vaccinations etc). This year the topic was Public Health messaging: how people find out about public health messages and what factors affect whether those messages are heard.
