Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent undertook research into people’s experience of pregnancy and maternity services as they had a gap in feedback. They received a total of 127 responses.
The research looks at feedback about breast-feeding support, communication, health visitors, information and support, community midwives, staffing attitudes, reduced movements and dignity and respect. There is also a longer case study about the experience of a mother who had had an elective caesarean.
