Healthwatch in Sussex undertook a short survey of local residents to assess their experiences of the online triage system, e-Consult. 205 people responded.
Over a third felt that e-Consult made managing their health easier or better but nearly three in ten felt it made it harder or worse.
The feature most identified as Excellent was ‘Convenience’. The feature most identified as Poor was ‘Ease of Use’.
The most identified change respondents wanted is making eConsult quicker, simpler and easier for users to complete.
