Healthwatch Leeds created a survey and worked with Yorkshire and Humber Healthwatch. It was a collaboration with Healthwatch staff and
volunteers from Bradford, Calderdale, Leeds, North East Lincolnshire,
North Yorkshire, Wakefield and York. 334 people completed the survey.
Key Findings:
• Three quarters of respondents were repeat users within the year
• Majority in the 19 -50 age range
• Over 50% have a disability
• Some accessibility issues raised for wheelchair users
• Appointment frequency and length of time
• 73% satisfaction rate overall.
