Summary of report content

In 2024, Healthwatch Sutton agreed with Sutton Health and Care  and NHS South West London Integrated Care Board to investigate the experiences of health services of people living with frailty. This was to identify good practice and areas for improvement in those services for that cohort.  They spoke to 12 people

The report covers:

  • Finding out about health services
  • What frail people liked about health services
  • Other services that health services could offer
  • What frailty means to people and how it impacts on them.
