Healthwatch Lewisham carried out an Enter and View visit to Penerley Lodge Care Centre to find out how the pandemic had impacted on different aspects of care provision.

The report highlights their observations during the visit and the conversations Healthwatch had with the care centre Manager and other staff.

Overall, Healthwatch Lewisham were impressed with the service provided at Penerley Lodge Care Centre. Residents and family members spoke highly about the service provided. Staff felt well supported by their peers and seemed to have good relationships with the residents.
