Summary of report content

Healthwatch Devon, Healthwatch Plymouth and Healthwatch Torbay undertook an analysis of their feedback about pharmacy that they’d received between 1 April 2022 and 30 September 2023.  During that period they heard from 141 people.

The most common themes in the feedback they received were:

  • Medication, including stock issues
  • Waiting times in the pharmacy
  • Staff capacity
  • Pharmacy closures
  • Unanswered phone calls
  • Administration
