Summary of report content

Healthwatch Trafford gathered quantitative and qualitative data from 325 people at  Altrincham General Hospital over January – August 2015.

There were many positive comments given. 58% focussed on helpful and friendly staff and overall good service.  

38% of all negative comments relate to phlebotomy, 20% to waiting times and 17% to accessible parking.
