Summary of report content

Healthwatch Norfolk visited Parish Fields GP practice in April 2024 to speak to patients about their experiences.  They spoke to 13 people.

Overall, patients  were happy with the care they received when they had an appointment. However there were some mixed experiences with booking appointments, including a few patients saying that they struggled with online forms including difficulties communicating their concerns and finding that the forms were closed.
