Summary of report content

In January 2025, Healthwatch Norfolk visited the newly opened Oulton Suite at James Paget University Hospital to speak to patients about their experience with health and social care services.  They spoke to 6 people.

The building was modern with good facilities, but signage was poor.  People they spoke to felt satisfied with the level of care they received.
