Summary of report content

Healthwatch Oldham organised two children and young people’s forums in October 2019 with 363 students, designed to support the Oldham Pledge, which is a school led action to support children to grow and succeed in the community.

The report outlines how children's perceptions of different activities contributed to their wellbeing. The found that the event led to children recalling more ways that they can improve their health and wellbeing, such more exercise, eating fruit, drinking water, being kind to themselves, and watching less television.
